About the artist:
Jacqueline Guthrie received a B.A. in Painting and an M.A. in Art History from Temple University Tyler School of Art. She has taught at the Delaware County Community College (PA), Temple University and for the St. Andrews Arts Council/International Global Studies Program. As the Fine Arts Project Coordinator at the Office of University Planning at Temple University, Jackie worked with a number of leading artists such as Isamu Noguchi, Alan Sonfist, Richard Fleischner and project architects Robert Venturi and Mitchell/Giurgola. Her artwork is represented in numerous collections n the U.S and Canada including that of Ida Kohlmeyer, the Mississippi Symphony and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Jackie exhibits her work at the Harrison House Gallery in Saint John, NB Canada and serves as President of the St. Andrews Arts Council in St. Andrews NB, Canada.
